Why iPhone may win...

I know, you know that iPod in itself is not a complete device, and I can always rank Creative Zen higher than iPod, but still iPod is a market leader. Similarly there can be n device like iPhone, and there are already m devices some what like iPhone before iPhone, but still it will become a market leader(presently an assumption).
